The Inn is located 50 meters from the beach of Jurerê in the northern part of the Island of Florianopolis. Originally, Pousada dos Chas Inn was the home beach of its owner. The name of the Inn (Tea’s Inn) was chosen due to an old ritual of its owner – to serve afternoon tea to celebrate life. Each room was named after some special herb from her garden, which became one of the Inn´s traditions.
The Inn is decorated using feng shui principals, the Chinese art that harmonizes environments, with plants and objects to promote balance. It features a clean and refined décor with antique furniture, some more than a century old, and many arts work (+ 100) are displayed throughout the place.
All apartments are equipped with air-conditioning, LCD cable TV, box bed, refrigerator, shower with solar and gas heating, wireless internet access, safe box, direct dial phone, full-length mirror and hair dryer. Our best apartments still have DVD player, Split air conditioning, Egyptian cotton sheets and towels, Jacuzzi, super king-sized bed (2m x 2m), mirror, microwave, retractable clothesline, hair flat iron, and partial sea view.

The effort to well serve our guests and to constantly improve Pousada dos Chas Inn has been rewarded with the indication of Guia Quatro Rodas (Travel Guide), 2010 as one of the five best hotels in Florianopolis. The Inn has been invited to join some of the most prestigious hotels associations such as Recantos & Requintes, Circuito Elegante and Pousadas Selecionadas. All of them are associations of charming hotels well-known nationally.
